A thought on doing the lesson off my own recording–I keep saying “lengthen the elbow” when I mean “straighten”. “Lengthen” is ambiguous. Most often I would use “lengthen the elbow” for moving the elbow away from the core and lengthening the body on that line. Lengthening the arm = straightening the elbow.
Especially for those who suffer from Scoliosis … a great lesson. Thanks. I´ll donate a few dollars straight away ;-))
