    soothing and just enough. Thanks so much. This is the first ‘technique’ which has even
    begun to touch 25 yrs of chronic pain.

  2. This is the first Feldenkrais session I’ve ever done after years of my mother telling me to do one. It feels great! I really got the foot-hand feeling once I stood up.
