I emailed this great video to my physical therapist and my “talk” therapist, both of whom have inquired about the home ATM practice I’ve done, using your audio lessons.
This video does more than just give them a peek into my Feldenkrais work. Both women recently gave birth, hardly 4 weeks apart this last October & November, so both have little babies at the beginning of their own Awareness Through Movement journey, too!
Thanks for posting this Lynette. The Next 25 Years project looks interesting, I’m investigating all the clips she’s posted.
