Shoulders – February 2009

In the month of February, Wednesday evening Feldenkrais classes will explore the shoulders—learn how to let your shoulders settle, float on your chest, and free your neck and ears from the job of holding them up!

You can benefit from these classes whatever your abilities, and whether your goal is performance refinement, increased self-awareness, and/or injury recovery. Movements are developed slowly and safely, while taking you to surprising new achievements.
